- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to inkjet printing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product knowledge.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the inkjet industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing technology and associated components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and training purposes.
