Role Overview:
The IT Support Engineer will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the organization. The role involves providing desk-side support for Microsoft products, addressing basic networking issues, and managing Office 365 operations to ensure smooth workflows. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver desk-side support for Microsoft environments, including Windows operating systems and Office applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Address basic networking issues such as connectivity troubleshooting, device configuration, and network management.
  • Respond promptly to IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including configuring devices and managing user accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft desk-side support, including Windows 10/11 and Office applications.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and VLANs.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
