Women in STEM

Women in STEM is dedicated to bridging the gender gap
It's become apparent over the last few years that there is a real lack of diversity in the world of Software and Engineering, and we're here to change that.

We recognise the pressing need for increased diversity in STEM fields, where women make up only 34% of the workforce.

Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, we aim to increase the representation of women in STEM fields.

We believe that diversity fosters innovation and creativity, making it essential for the progress and success of the technology industry.

Our Mission

To advocate for change, collaborate with businesses, and empower women to thrive in the world of technology.
