Role Overview:
The company is seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Enterprise/Pre-Sales Engineer to join its team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and technical teams to design and present tailored cloud solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will leverage technical expertise and communication skills to drive client confidence and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have Cloud (Azure) Expertise, from an engineering level.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance during the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized cloud solutions, including architecture, integrations, and migrations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, addressing client questions, concerns, and challenges.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Stay up to date on cloud technology trends to provide insights for enhancing service offerings.
  • Support the transition of projects from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring alignment and continuity.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, Sales-engineering solution architect, or similar role within IT managed services or cloud technology. (3 Years+)
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud platforms and related services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security principle
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with peers and c-suite executives and maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools
