Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical queries in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist in the maintenance of IT documentation, asset management, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Gain exposure to Information Security practices, assisting with basic security tasks and initiatives under the guidance of the Information Security team.
- IT Qualifications, apprenticeship, internship experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a understanding of IT fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
- Demonstrated interest in IT, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
