Responsibilities & Skill-set:
- Be the IT support 1st & 2nd line within the business.
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal employees.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Standard desktop support
- Maintain Operating systems (m365/linux)
- Help maintain WI-Fi/Network
- Scripting language
- 2:1 + or a Masters degree from a Top University.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion to learn and develop with a fantastic business.
