Graduate/Junior IT Support Engineer |25-35K | Cambridge – Hybird

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior IT Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service & IT Solutions for an internal team.
This is a Graduate/Entry level position with a huge growth trajectory. 

Responsibilities & Skill-set:
  • Be the IT support 1st & 2nd line within the business.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal employees.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Standard desktop support
  • Maintain Operating systems (m365/linux)
  • Help maintain WI-Fi/Network
  • Scripting language
Requirements:
  • 2:1 + or a Masters degree from a Top University. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion to learn and develop with a fantastic business.
