Account Manager (Business Development Manager in SAAS)
Norway – Remote role (regular regional travel and occasional international travel required) – option to go into their Stavanger office
Salary 648,500 NOK - 850,000 NOK p/a (Plus OTE/Commission and Benefits)

I am currently working with a Global leader in industrial software who are looking for hunter-mentality, Business development focused, Account Managers. They are after someone who’s main focus will be on growth by selling their suite of products and services to new and growth customers.
Key Responsibilities of this role include: Secure new logos, expand existing relationships, craft account plans to hit rev goals, work with internal teams, keep a close eye on industry trends and competition, and manage your pipeline.

You’ll need the following skills and experience:
- A proven track record in sales, selling SaaS or DaaS solutions.
- Strong business development experience with the ability to close complex software and product agreements, owning the entire sales process.
- Be fluent in English and have a minimum level of B2 in the local language.
- The ability to work well as an Individual contributor and well as in a team.
- Ideally have experience in the domains of industrial software, engineering software, or automation.
- Ideally have knowledge of IT applications within process and automation industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the MEDDPICC sales framework.
