Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line technical support for identity verification platforms, resolving complex incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Support cloud infrastructure and applications within AWS environments.
- Utilize Tableau for reporting, analytics, and data visualization to enhance operational insights.
- Work within ITSM frameworks to manage incidents, changes, and problem resolutions effectively.
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to drive service improvements.
- Proven experience in a 3rd line support role, preferably within identity verification, security, or fintech environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
