You will support cutting-edge projects and provide top-tier 3rd-level support. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing infrastructure and network engineering capabilities, ensuring seamless operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a L3 escalation point for any helpdesk tickets.
• Maintain and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Work on infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with external partners.
• Daily monitor systems, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.
• Oversee office location network and infrastructure.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and network engineering within a global business.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking in Azure and AWS.
• Proficient in creating design documents and serving as the subject matter expert for infrastructure and network projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including external partners and offshore teams.
