Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer | £32,000 to £40,000 | Milton Keynes | Driving License is essential

Working for a leading IT Managed Services Provider, who deliver innovative IT solutions and outstanding customer service to their clients, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support, assist in managing cloud services, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional IT support over the phone, via email, and in-person, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of client issues
  • Design and deploy automation for Windows environments
  • Build and support cloud servers in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, with expertise in Windows and Linux-based servers
  • Perform Office 365 deployments, management, and administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) from Draytek, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and configure V-LANs, VPNs, and DNS settings
Key Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Technical IT position 
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), and Mac OS
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Office 365, OneDrive, and cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Full UK Driving License
