Our client is a leading technology-focused business dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions in the manufacture & connectivity sector. Due to a promotion within the team, they are looking for a hungry Pre-Sales engineer to help link the Tech support and the sales team.

Requirements

-          Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored technology solutions.

-          Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.

-          Assist in the development of sales proposals and technical documentation.

-          Work closely with customers to assess their needs and provide pre-sales support.

-          Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

The right candidate will have a background of customer support, a real want to help drive sales with the team, but have the knowledge of Tech support, IT troubleshooting and AV knowledge – even better if you have ever created content and demonstrations within media.

There will be travel associated with the role, ability to attend tradeshows and events to help be the face of the company, but as the right person – you will have the technical mindset and engineering capability to fix any problems and consult a client on what is realistic.
