Be the Project Manager who will oversee new product development in Printhead Development division and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage the full life cycle of products. Be hands on and become a integral part of the companies growth.
 
Experience:
  • Degree qualified in a STEM subject.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in high-pressure NPD environments.
  • Experience of working with New Product Development
  • Experience of working with full Product Lifecycle Management
  • Formal project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APMP
  • Desirable managing projects that involve any - mechanical design, fluid dynamics, materials science, manufacturing or digital printing

Day to day!

You will manage projects following the Product Lifecycle Management process, from identifying customer requirements to launching products and supporting New Product Development.

This includes creating specifications, forecasts, comprehensive project plans, detailed designs, verification and validation plans, and go-to-market strategies. You will use various techniques to control schedule, budget, risk, quality, and scope, while building relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to PLM processes. Driving process improvements for efficiency and quality will also be crucial.
