Supply Chain Manager
 
Working for a family run business that is at an exciting stage of growth, with new products looking to enter the market. This company offers a great benefits scheme including 7% pension, dental and medical cover, life assurance scheme and sick pay.
 
The purpose of this role is to optimise the current performance of supply chain and to implement any additional strategies if needed. This will be working closely with third party suppliers to ensure a smooth process for the end client / customers.
 
Once settled in after your first six months, this role is able to offer much more flexible working from home and offer one or two days a week remote.
 
Any suitable candidate will require the following:
  • A pharma / biotech background with an understanding of manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Previous or current Supply Chain Management role
  • Great communication skills to work across teams and departments
