Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Microsoft and Windows server environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Administer and maintain Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
- Oversee storage solutions, including SAN and NAS, ensuring data Center integrity and availability (SQL).
- Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard data and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members. 2nd/3rd Line
- Document system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator/IT Technician role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft and Windows server environments.
- Proficiency in Intune for mobile device management.
- Solid experience with storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Sharepoint & Data Centres is a Plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
