Microsoft Dynamics Help Desk Support – Business Central
1st line- 30-35K
2nd line (Escalation) - 35-50K

Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking mutliple Microsoft Dynamics Help Desk Support specialist's with expertise in Business Central to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Business Central, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Document solutions, common issues, and troubleshooting processes for knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a help desk or support role within an IT services or ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting users with Business Central configurations, modules, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform would be beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
