IT Technician | £25,000 to £28,000 | Ely, Fully On-site 

Working for a leading supplier of commercial services, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the  companies IT needs, ensuring it is well-functioned. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, resolving problems in person and remotely
• Install, configure and update hardware and software applications
• Maintain all IT Systems as and when required 
• Onboard new starters and Offboard leavers
• Work with IT suppliers for procurement of IT equipment 

Key Skills:

• Experience in an IT Technician or similar Role
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft365 
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
