Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in multiple school locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for staff and students.
- Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, Wi-Fi networks, and user devices.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with school policies and security standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as network systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and school-specific IT systems is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle (essential, as travel between schools may be required).
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
