Head of Mechanical Engineering

Are you looking for the chance for your people management as well as your technical skills to shine?
This is a very exciting time to join, with a huge project currently underway you will have the chance to lead and manage a Mechanical Engineering department to develop and maintain a wide range of products. You will be in charge of the design, development and testing of all mechanical components and making sure that all projects are done on time whilst also adhering to budgets.
You will have the chance to develop and implement crucial department policies and procedures, whilst driving collaboration and professional development throughout your department.
Your proven experience and track record in Mechanical Engineering management will shine, as you also have the opportunity to show off your excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.

- Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs
- Ability to research, identify, implement, and monitor innovative solutions
- SolidWorks and simulation tool proficiency
