lead integrated project planning, aligning hardware and firmware milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. You’ll ensure seamless internal technical support, drive agile methodologies, and facilitate clear communication to boost team productivity.

Your role will involve the seamless integration of hardware, firmware, and system engineering throughout the project lifecycle, addressing cross-disciplinary risks with comprehensive mitigation strategies. You'll monitor and manage hardware project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance resource efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration, making a tangible impact on cutting-edge technology projects.
 
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in hardware development.
  • Proven experience in hardware design, development, and manufacturing.
  • Risk management and mitigation in hardware projects.
  • Transitioning projects from R&D to mass production.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration across time zones.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience with RF technology (Cellular/ISM Band/Zigbee/LoRa/SigFox).
  • Familiarity with project compliance and certification in SE Asia/India.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop cohesive project plans integrating hardware and firmware efforts.
  • Align hardware and firmware milestones and deliverables.
  • Implement agile methodologies suited to hardware development.
  • Facilitate communication to maximize team productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate cross-disciplinary risks.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:
