Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, including Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries with clear and persuasive responses.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role, preferably within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and creating technical proposals.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (desirable).
