Currently sourcing for an experienced Business Analyst to help drive operational efficiency and innovation within the financial advice and wealth management sector.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will gather, document, and prioritise business requirements while interpreting data to support informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design practical and scalable solutions. You will also lead analysis activities within projects and proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvement across the organisation.

Requirements
- Experience in financial advice and wealth management is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis and process optimisation
- C Suite stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in small teams and autonomously
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of project management, Agile/Scrum preferred
- CBAP or similar certification
- Experience with data visualisation tools
- Clear, confident communicator
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Collaborative and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with cloud platforms and standard business tools
