2nd Line Support Engineer | £30,000 to £35,000 | Milton Keynes

Working for a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) that specialises in delivering high-quality IT support and cloud solutions to a wide range of clients across the UK, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support, both remotely and on-site. 

Other Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Assist with setting up new client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Respond to technical issues within SLAs and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in IT Support within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
