Ryan began his SoCode journey in December 2021, specialising in the java market across the Cambridge and London area. He now covers the DevOps and Cloud Engineering market, but also has a diverse experience following a successful RPO stint.

What advice would you give someone looking to get into recruitment?

“For anyone thinking of getting into recruitment, my best advice would be to have trust in yourself to perform and grow withing a business…jump at the opportunity! Recruitment really is the type of role where you get out what you put in (and more). My colleagues really inspire me to get better and improve.”

Where would we find you outside of work?

“You would find me with my daughter, and occasionally playing football…when she allows it.”
