We’re working with a dynamic business looking for a Project Support & Change Coordinator to help deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget. You’ll play a key role in planning, governance, and implementation across change and transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist with project planning, timelines, documentation, and status reporting.
- Change Delivery: Support stakeholders through change and ensure effective communication and transition.
- Team Coordination: Work across departments to allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Governance & Risk: Help identify risks, maintain project documentation, and apply best practices.
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and collaboration skills
- Exposure to FCA-regulated environments
- Comfortable using Excel and familiar with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Power BI
- Basic understanding of financial advice, compliance, or HR systems (e.g. CURO, automation tools, VBA)
- Ideally PRINCE2 qualified or similar
