🚀 Senior RF Engineer – Design the future of mission-critical comms

We're on the hunt for a Senior RF Engineer with extensive design engineering experience. You'll be working on advanced radio terminals and contributing to the full RF subsystem with this global leader in radio comms – from concept to integration – used in mission-critical environments worldwide.

💼 Your toolkit will include:

• RF Tx/Rx architecture & design (100 MHz – 6 GHz)
• Power amplifiers, matching networks, filters
• Antenna design & tuning (internal & external)
• EMC/EMI best practices and debug
• ADS, CST, and real-world lab validation (anechoic chamber, screening rooms)
• Technologies like TETRA, LTE/4G/5G, GSM, GNSS, WiFi

You’ll collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to solve integration challenges and deliver high-performance systems. Experience in regulatory compliance, testing, and rework of sensitive PCBs? Even better.

🛠 What we need to see:

• Deep, practical RF design experience
• Strong simulation & test skills
• A passion for solving complex problems and delivering real products
• A clean UK driving licence (occasional travel, expenses paid)
