Job Title: Principal Electronics Engineer (Analogue)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

What will I be doing?
As a Principal Electronics Engineer, you’ll be collaborating with the other Principal Engineers across Mechanical, Software and Electronics, led by the Head of Electronics and R&D Director to work on next-gen communication devices. You’ll be involved right from initial concept, all the way through to mass-production.

What do I need to be successful

  • Discrete component level design.
  • Experience designing switching low power (<100W) switch mode power supplies, buck, boost, buck-boost and flyback converters.
  • Experience with microprocessor and microcontroller designs.
  • Experience in designing digital interfaces and buses – USB2, SPI, I2C, GPIO etc
  • Low power circuit design for battery powered products.
  • Design for EMC/ESD protection.
  • Design for Manufacturing and Test.
