IT Support Engineer| £28,000 to £35,000 | Harlow, Office + Client Sites | Driving License is Essential
Working for an exciting and innovative new MSP based in Harlow, where your passion for technology will play a pivotal role in a company that is looking to grow.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, whilst also setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Sharepoint, and Entra ID.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, whilst also setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Sharepoint, and Entra ID.
Other responsibilities:
- Network & Security Management: Configuring network hardware, such as firewalls, specifically brands like WatchGuard and Palo Alto.
- Server & Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintaining and optimising Windows and virtual Servers
- Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring: Using specialised tools to remotely monitor, maintain, and protect IT systems before issues become problems
- Experience working in a similar role within a support setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Operating Systems
- Good understanding of networks and security (like VPNs, firewalls, LAN)
- Experience managing Windows servers and related technologies
