The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation across all departments. This role is critical to supporting a mission of providing top-tier financial services while promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and related infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Manage system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure the security of IT systems, implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates and maintenance.
- Assist in the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades..
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, it Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and data management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
