Are You an Experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant?
Do you want to leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead the design, implementation, and support of business solutions?
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial teams, drive product adoption, and enhance internal knowledge across the business. Your in-depth understanding of business processes, including regulations and best practices, will be key to success.
If you are a seasoned Business Central Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a broad understanding of Business Applications tailored to the UK SME market this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Team in a pre-sales capacity by providing demonstrations, quotations, and input for proposals.
• Conduct project scoping sessions with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and assess internal processes for optimal solution design.
• Document client requirements and translate them into clear project plans that support a smooth implementation journey.
• Lead full-cycle implementation projects across Business Central, including:
  • Data migration
  • System configuration
  • User training and system testing
• Take ownership of all assigned tasks, including administrative aspects such as client agendas and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to drive continuous product adoption.
• Take responsibility for professional development, ensuring certifications and accreditations are maintained.
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to develop internal capabilities.
• Provide post-implementation support and act as an escalation point for complex client issues.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision (2013 onwards), with a proven track record of leading 5+ full-cycle implementations.
• Experience using third-party solutions such as Continia and Jet Reports.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and managing Business Central solutions.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 and its integration with Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with D365 development, including C/AL coding.
• Ability to create reports using SSRS.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong project planning skills, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
• Ability to work with clients across multiple industries, adapting solutions to unique business needs.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity.

Desirable:

• Experience in delivering Business Central solutions across diverse industries, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of emerging business applications and how they can support digital transformation initiatives.
