Experience and Skills
- Develop and execute an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns IT and business objectives.
- Define and document technology standards, principles, and best practices to ensure consistency.
- Lead the creation of scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to understand requirements and bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Provide guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Develop and manage a technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and monitor emerging trends.
- Design solution architectures that integrate with the overall enterprise framework.
- Implement governance processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks, collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure security standards.
- Design and enforce data architecture and governance to enhance analytics, accessibility, and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of enterprise architecture and communicate updates and risks to senior leadership.
- Provide training and support to IT teams to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in architecture roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise architectures within complex organizations.
- Hands-on expertise across multiple architectural domains, including business, application, data, and technology.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools like ArchiMate, Sparx, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration technologies, including APIs, SOA, and microservices.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
