As a D365 Solution Architect, you'll be involved in every phase of the delivery lifecycle, adopting a hands-on, delivery-focused approach across multiple domains and leading technologies.
 
As a Solution Architect and technology leader, you will:

• As a D365 Solution Architect and Technology Leader in our Digital & Data Team, you will:
  
  • Collaborate directly client teams to design robust technology solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. 
  • Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, encompassing CRM, Field Service, Power Platform, and MS Azure components. Your designs will ensure alignment with business objectives, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Take ownership of key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High-Level and Low-Level Designs, Reference Architectures, and Roadmaps. You’ll utilise your consulting and stakeholder management skills to engage, inform, and influence colleagues and decision-makers across client organisations.
  • Support senior client leaders by shaping their case for change. Lead cost estimations, detailed planning, and benefits realisation for the technology solutions you design.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams, often stepping into a lead SME role. Define the vision, establish Architectural Guardrails, Architecture Runways, and Detailed Designs, while also unblocking teams as challenges arise. Your background in Software Engineering or Dynamics 365 implementations, coupled with experience in leading engineering teams, will allow you to build credibility quickly.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for board-level business leaders and their teams. You’ll leverage your technical writing and presentation skills, supported by tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Visio, to effectively communicate your ideas.
  • Apply your architecture expertise across all domains—Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security.
  • Utilise and apply architecture and delivery methodologies such as TOGAF and SAFe, ensuring practical and effective outcomes.
  • Use architecture modelling tools and frameworks like UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq to bring your ideas to life and clearly communicate them.
  • Design and deliver architecture solutions within governance and target operating models, while adapting to various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Whether through certifications in methodologies and cloud technologies (e.g., D365, Power Apps, Azure) or mentoring, we value and support your growth.
