Key Responsibilities:
- DSP Development: Design, implement, and maintain custom audio DSP and control algorithms to meet performance goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with acoustic tuning, embedded software, and production teams to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- Support: Provide in-field support for existing products and contribute to their ongoing improvement.
- Testing: Conduct software unit tests, system-wide testing, and hardware evaluations at every project stage.
- Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s or higher) in a relevant field.
- A solid foundation in audio DSP, including filter theory, dynamic-range processing, and ADC/DACs.
- Experience with Matlab for simulation and modelling.
- Knowledge of real-time audio embedded systems and coding (e.g. C / C++ / Java).
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes or multimeters.
- Experience with Analog Devices DSP architectures (SigmaDSP, SHARC, Blackfin) or Qualcomm SoCs.
- Understanding of acoustics, audio measurement, or noise suppression techniques.
- Experience with audio prototyping tools (e.g., Max/MSP, Pure Data).
