How does helping support a global leader in critical communications across Germany, Austria, and beyond sound, in a strategic business development role? This company (with whom to date we have made nearly 200 placements) are enjoying a growth phase thanks to their industry leading products, with lots more potential across transport, public services, and capital infrastructure.
Their new Business Development Manager will be part of a small team, based in Germany. The package consists of up to 90,000 EUR base with a 50% bonus dependent on your success. After three/four months, the position will be fully remote.
This position is all about growing their business in mission telco and broadband, strengthening partnerships, exploring new markets, and staying ahead of industry trends. You'll help maintain their strong footprint, drive strategy for commercial hardware products, build on the foundation of strong customer relationships and partnerships, identify and win sales opportunities, influence product direction with customer insights, and manage pipelines.
Ideally, you'll have 5-10 years' telco and wireless hardware sales experience, and a player/coach mentality, with leadership potential. You'll be fluent in German and English, and enjoy travelling as part of your role.
