Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and identify how AI solutions can add value.
- Engage in technical conversations to demonstrate solution capabilities and address customer inquiries.
- Design tailored solutions that meet specific client needs, guiding them through the implementation process.
- Serve as a technical resource for prospects, showcasing how advanced AI can streamline their contract-related processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and provide insights into best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuously improve solution offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
- Strong technical aptitude with an ability to grasp complex AI and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role is a plus.
