3rd Line Engineer| £40,000 to £45,000 | Stevenage
Working for a dynamic MSP based out of Stevenage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and helping clients maximize the potential of their IT systems.
You will play a crucial role in supporting all clients both on-site and remotely, with your time being split between visiting customer locations to provide hands-on support, assisting with project delivery, and discussing future system improvements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years IT Support experience
- MSP experience is desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Exchange, Remote Desktop, and Microsoft 365
- Hands on experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Understanding of Networking Principles
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
