Tara joined the SoCode team in July 2024.

​​"I look after our embedded tech division across London, Bristol, and Oxford. I joined the team recently in July 2024, and I am loving it! I'm fascinated with the projects and technology progression, especially within medical devices, aerospace and aviation."

"I previously worked in marketing and business development since graduating in 2016. I love to be creative, think outside of the box and provide solutions, which has really translated across in recruitment. I love being part of the SoCode team and really enjoy taking the time to get to know people, what they've worked on, their dream roles, as well as understanding business challenges, successes and then matchmaking between the two. I had a travel bug in my early twenties, and lived in Australia and Chile for over three years, whereas now I live in Norwich with my two beautiful little cats, Ozzie and Luna!"

Where would we find you outside of work?

"Outside of work, I love socialising with my friends and family, travelling, and hiking. I also really enjoy photography and take photos at weddings and events."

What is an interesting fact about you?

"I used to be an underwater photographer on the Great Barrier Reef, and I'm on IMDB for acting and being a production runner for two films!"
