"I started my recruitment journey back in 2013, which was placing sales candidates within the building materials sector. I thrived in this competitive environment, and quickly discovered recruitment was going to be a career for myself, and not just a job.
In 2016 I decided to take the leap into Technology recruitment and I haven’t looked back since. Over the last 8 years I have been based in Cambridgeshire leading specialist teams of Tech Consultants, partnering with innovative companies to provide them with the region’s top talent. My passion for Technology has grown year on year, however what drives me on a daily basis is working closely with my team members, passing on my knowledge, and ensuring they continue to improve and succeed in providing excellent recruitment experiences for our valued partners.
As UK Sales Director, I’m dedicated to our strategic vision, driving growth, fostering partnerships and ensuring we are a known for our professionalism and market knowledge, which is backed up by the quality & accuracy of the candidates we introduce to our clients."
Where would we find you outside of work?
"When I’m not recruiting, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, working-out in the gym, or trying to squeeze a snowboarding holiday into the calendar!”
