​Charles began his journey with SoCode in December 2020.

"I am a senior consultant at SoCode, covering the JavaScript market; everything from UI/UX designers to Frontend and full-stack JavaScript developers.

SoCode has taught me a lot over my time at the company, the culture is supportive and has helped me develop as a recruiter."

Where did your journey start?

"I finished my degree in Business Management, when I was finishing my degree, I quickly realised that we weren't going to be managing a business at the age of 21; naturally for me I then fell into recruitment."

What did you want to be when you grew up?

"I wanted to be a few things when I was a kid, from lawyer to stock broker."
