Technical Lead
Candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance
£70k-£80k circa
We’re pleased to be working with a leading software business in Letchworth as they look for a Technical Lead to join the Development team. The position is 100% hands on, working alongside five other Developers on one of the businesses flagship products, getting involved in all aspects of the Development lifecycle; from creating software designs and architectures through to implementation.
Candidates with experience of mentoring would be preferred; the leadership aspect of the position is defined more by setting an example & leading best practice. The role will report directly to the Head of Development with a hybrid working model (at least once a week in the office expected).
