In this pivotal role, you will:
You will oversee the delivery of the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer and business expectations.
A key aspect of the role involves identifying and implementing process improvements and cost reductions whenever possible. You will establish and manage a clear programme of planned delivery over 6, 12, and 24 months, while maintaining rigorous resource tracking, monitoring, and reporting for all projects and programmes, and resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement of project frameworks and documentation approaches, coordinating with all departments to ensure projects are resourced effectively and positioned for success.

- Proven experience in developing and leading a team of project managers, along with enhancing processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with major project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar frameworks.
- A track record of delivering projects with significant and measurable positive business outcomes in previous roles.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and develop team members and work effectively across the wider business.
- Sound financial acumen, including a solid understanding of P&L statements and balance sheets.
- A demonstrated ability to manage priorities effectively and handle challenging, complex situations.
- The capability to escalate project delays or impacts to senior management promptly and appropriately.
- An inquisitive mindset, willing to question established practices in a constructive way.
- Strategic thinking skills to deliver on broader business goals while maintaining attention to detail.
